His team was 100% respectful of our property, as well as friendly and clearly hard-working. I was really happy that they could get the job done in the timeline that had been outlined. John was also able to start the project a lot sooner than any of the other companies I had contacted. The chimney is now re-pointed and will last us a very long time. I highly recommend them! Pro Exteriors NE are excellent, they gave us the best price, came and completed the work in a little over a day, including releading the chimney and doing brush gutter guards. Everything was clean and neat when they left.

If you have any issues with your roof, call John! He’s quick to respond to voicemail and very flexible in setting appointments. He did our roof back in 2013 and roof deck. Great job! We recently had some water drainage issues and were not sure what was going on so we called John. He showed up the next morning and figured out the issue very quickly. Super professional and courteous. Definitely sets a high standard for this profession. Don’t hesitate to contact him!

This is probably the best Masonry/Construction company I have ever encountered. Everything you hear about them is 100% true! I hired Pro Exteriors to design and build my backyard patio and rebuild my chimney The guidance they had given us throughout the designing process helped us tremendously. My wife and I absolutely love the outcome and we would recommend them for any project! If you’re looking for a Masonry or Construction company that stands by its word, does excellent work, yet is also affordable, these are your guys right here. We can’t thank you enough!

We had quite an emergency when we found out that our chimney was severely damaged and in danger of crumbling. The folks from Pro Exteriors were extremely quick to respond, immediately recognized the severity of the issue and worked with us to get it sorted extremely quickly and all at a better rate than their competitors! We cannot recommend these folks enough. John and his crew are great!

I had a concern with one sidewall in the basement leaking. He came out and had an inspection. The crew fixed the problem since then. They also did mason work on our 3 chimneys. Great work! Fair price. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
